J-Drain 500Β  is a polymeric sheet molded under heat and pressure to form a dimpled drainboard. This drain is permeable and is punched on both sides to allow water to flow throughout. The J-Drain 500 system is attached to a nonwoven filter fabric on both of its sides, filtering out debris and pollutants from the drainage system and allowing for soil retention and support on the other side. Once the filtered water passes through the system, J-Drain SWD-6 or SWD-12 are recommended to remove the water from the site. J-Drain 500 maintains a very high flow rate and compressive strength for use further underground.Β
